Seabrook Law Offices Partners with Trust Mental Health on a Free Virtual Webinar

Natasha Kazmi, LMFT.

Divorce and Family Law Attorney Paul Seabrook, founder of Seabrook Law Offices located in San Jose, California, is pleased to partner with Trust Mental Health as they host a free virtual webinar called “Your Divorce Journey: Building Healthy Coping Skills.”

The speaker for the event is Saleha Pirzada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Trust Mental Health (TMH). According to founder and Licensed MFT Natasha Kazmi, the goal at TMH is to support people who are experiencing some of life’s challenges, whether it’s dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else.

Seabrook says that TMH’s philosophy played a role in Seabrook Law Office’s decision to partner with TMH for this event. Seabrook goes on to say  that “many of us have a narrow view of therapy. We think therapy is only an option when relationships become disconnected, marriages have ended, or are on the brink of divorce. We fail to understand that therapy is also helpful for many other reasons, and you don’t have to wait until the walls are falling down to reach out to someone. If you’re not sure where to start to find the support you know you need, attending the online webinar is a great place to begin.”
